Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
columnixry operates this website as a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or otherwise permitted by law. You may use the material solely for your own professional development in areas such as studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth workflows for television news and live shows. Commercial redistribution or systematic scraping is not permitted.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with the site infrastructure, or use the content to train competing artificial intelligence models. Harassment of other users, posting defamatory material, or violating intellectual property rights is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of access together with legal action.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where registration is required you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any submissions you make, including course feedback or workflow suggestions, grant columnixry a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, modify and display that material. All text, graphics, video demonstrations and course structures remain the exclusive property of columnixry or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for personal non-commercial study. Any other reproduction, modification or public performance requires prior written consent. Trademarks such as the columnixry logo may not be used without authorisation.

The site may contain references to external tools, equipment suppliers or streaming platforms. These references are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. columnixry accepts no liability for the content, availability or practices of any third-party service. Availability, changes, suspension and termination
columnixry aims to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the site or any user account at any time without notice for technical, legal or commercial reasons. Upon termination your right to use the content ceases immediately and any cached copies must be deleted.
Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, columnixry excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Subject to the preceding paragraph, columnixry’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the site in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless columnixry, its directors and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any user content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. columnixry may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be displayed with its date. Consumer rights and refunds
Where paid courses or resources are offered, statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply. You have fourteen days from purchase to cancel for a full refund provided you have not commenced the course.
